The wonderful movie preview above is from the Spencer Tracy film, "Plymouth Adventure." That was back in 1952. I found an interesting blog article about the Pilgrims (or the lack thereof) in the movies. Jim Booth writes, "while 'The New World' [2005 film] offers a superb vision of the Jamestown experience, ...I could not name a film that does an equally fine job of conveying the experience of that even more famous group of New World colonists, the Pilgrims. And that got me to wondering why."
